Easter 2015 (8)
Easter celebrations at Freedom Church were spectacular! Leading up to Resurrection Sunday, there were feet washing, communion, and candlelight services. Perhaps most memorably, talented members of the Freedom Church family sang and acted their hearts out in a musical drama called "Through Peter's Eyes." It touched the hearts of many, and we were pleased to have so many visitors join us this year. -
Marriage Encounter (12)
Freedom Church was pleased to host a Marriage Encounter with Pastors Peter and Mildred De Jesus. It was a wonderful time of learning, sharing, and fellowship. -
Child Dedications (13)

Vacation Bible School 2014 (56)
What an adventure! Vacation Bible School is one of Freedom Church's most anticipated annual events. Children from around Santa Fe are welcomed into our church to learn, sing, dance, play, laugh, shout, and just have a blast -- all in the name of Jesus! This year, the theme was "Weird Animals." The colors, decorations, music, and activities were fantastic! We are grateful to the many volunteers and children who made this year's VBS a success, and most importantly, we give all honor to God for using this outreach as a way to minister to the children of Santa Fe. -
Youth Walk-a-thon 2014 (10)
The youth from Freedom Church received a lot of support at this year's walk-a-thon. Proceeds will help get these young people to summer camp! -
Easter 2014 (20)
Community outreach, communion, dramatic presentations, worship, washing of feet, and fellowship were just a few of the ways Freedom Church commemorated Easter this year. God poured out his blessings as we remembered the sacrifice Jesus made for our salvation. We took time to share the good news of His saving grace as we invited our community to worship and fellowship with us. Each year, we gain momentum in our endeavors to integrate Freedom Church into the community so that people will know we exist to serve those in need and to lead them to Jesus. Our community egg hunt was just one example of how helping hands from across our ministry make it possible for us to go beyond the four walls of our church and make "Freedom Church" a household name in Santa Fe! -
Christmas Outreach (14)
Christmas 2013 was a special time at Freedom Church. We reached out to our local community though a powerful drama presented by Kidz on the Move and gave away more than 100 turkeys to local folks who were both thankful and blessed to receive a turkey for their holiday meals with family and friends. -
Care Net Baby Bottle Campaign (4)
Roberta Cheek, Director of the Care Net Pregnancy Center of Santa Fe, visited Freedom Church on February 16, 2014. Roberta spoke about how Care Net is a Christ-centered ministry whose mission is to promote a culture of life within our society in order to serve people facing unplanned pregnancies and related issues. Their vision is a culture where lives are transformed by the Gospel of Jesus Christ and every woman chooses life for herself and her unborn child. Freedom Church helps to further Care Net's mission by participating in their baby bottle campaign/fundraiser. In 2013, Care Net of Santa Fe helped 22 women carry their pregnancies to full term. Freedom Church is proud to support Care Net. -

Superbowl Sunday 2014 (11)
The M2M men's ministry hosted a "Big Game" day outreach on Superbowl Sunday. It was a great time of fellowship with our church family, and we shared the love of God to all who came. Instead of watching the traditional halftime show, we received a message from Brother Tino, listened to recorded testimonies from some of the Seahawk players, and were ministered to with Christian rap music from our very own Brother Luis. We were excited to see some new faces at the gathering, and loved the opportunity to plant seeds of faith in them. -
Palm Sunday Drama (34)
Palm Sunday was extra special this year as we had a dramatic presentation by our children and youth called "When the Cheering Stopped." -
Children's Easter Outreach (12)
Our Kidz on the Move ministry hosted Easter outreach activities for children from Santa Fe and surrounding communities. An egg hunt was the perfect opportunity to introduce children to the Kidz on the Move ministry. We had kids galore! It was a blessing to be able to minister to children and their parents. -

Men from Freedom Church attended the Summit Conference at Gateway Church in March 2013. It was awesome! The Gateway Worship team and speakers challenged the men to live out their faith in every area of their lives. -
Married Couples Ministry Hosts Date Night (14)
The Married Couples ministry hosted a "date night" this February in celebration of Valentine's Day. The love birds started off with a romantic dinner of pizza, soft drinks, and chocolate covered strawberries. Then, husbands and wives teamed together to play games and show off their skills. Later, Marriage Ministry leaders spoke to the couples about the “Five Love Languages,” based on a book by Dr. Gary Chapman. They learned the languages of Affirmation, Gifts of Service, Receiving Gifts, Quality Time and Physical Touch. Pastor Harold Trujillo addressed the couples and prayed over them, and husbands and wives prayed for each other. -
STRIVE Winter Conference 2013 (5)
Freedom Church hosted its 2013 STRIVE Conference in February. Our guest speaker, Pastor Darlene Bishop, inspired us with her testimony and messages from God's Word. The theme of the conference was "We want more!" Freedom Church has a vision for 2013 to strive for more of the Lord through prayer, worship, Bible study, and intercession. The conference was three days of dynamic preaching and worship to kick off the New Year.
